Where did the name come from?

Newton’s Third Law states: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
So when we work hard, we want to play hard. Therefore, the name of our social committee… Newton’s Third Law: Work Hard, Play Hard

What is the goal of the committee?

To create company culture within the community of scientists and employees who work at “Science Fun For Everyone.” We’ll work towards this goal with structured monthly events, contests, and/or parties held after hours that are voluntary for employees to attend.

What are the expectations for the participants of the social committee?

• To have fun!
• To meet new employees and strengthen old relationships
• To network
• To represent SFFE in a responsible light (aka no getting into bar fights, no drinking and driving, no breaking the law, etc.)
• To wear appropriate attire (Please leave any SFFE logos at home. In addition do not wear clothing that is too revealing or lude.)
